On May 7, 2012, Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi met with Malcolm Fraser, former Australian Prime Minister & honorary chairman of the InterAction Council, who is in China for the 30th Annual Plenary Meeting of The InterAction Council. Both sides exchanged views on China-Australia relations, the situation in the Asia Pacific and other issues.
