On January 17, 2012, Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo met with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton, exchanging views on China-EU relations and international issues of common concern. Dai Bingguo is here in India attending the 15th round of Special Representatives Talks on China-India boundary issues while Ashton is visiting India at the same time.
