Li Keqiang Holds Interactions with Youth of China and the ROK

On October 27, 2011, visiting Vice Premier of the State Council Li Keqiang arrived at Suwon-Si, Gyeonggi-Do and held exchanges with the Chinese and ROK youth who were participating in activities there.

Upon arrival, Li was warmly welcomed by the ROK youth dressed in national costumes. 300 youth of China and the ROK were holding exchange activities there. Li walked to those who were performing Chinese and ROK folk music, conducting Taekwondo contest and learning to make pickles, shaking hands and talking to them in a lively atmosphere.

Li said that youth are the future of China-ROK friendship. He hopes them to strengthen communications and exchanges, learn from each other, enhance mutual understanding and friendship and make joint efforts to push forward China-ROK relations. Both the Chinese and the ROK youth there indicated they cherish the opportunity of exchanges very much and will make friends extensively and play their part to promote China-ROK friendship.
