On September 28, 2011, Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Zhijun met with former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright who was in China attending the third high-level dialogue of political parties between China and the United States. The two sides exchanged opinions on the bilateral relations, the exchanges of political parties and China's peaceful development path.
