On August 19, 2011, Assistant Foreign Minister Zhang Kunsheng met with the Costa Rican delegation coming to attend the public administration workshop in China, including the chair of the government and administration committee, the chair of the appointment committee and the chair of the security committee of the Legislative Assembly of Costa Rica. The two sides exchanged views on such issues as bilateral relations and the exchange of legislative bodies.
