On June 8, 2011, Vice Foreign Minister Song Tao met with A.G. Karlov, Director of the Consular Department of Russian Foreign Ministry, who is in China attending the 15th round of China-Russia consular consultation. Both sides exchanged views on the development of China-Russia consular relations and other issues.
