Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao arrives at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi by special plane to attend a series of meetings between East Asian leaders from Oct. 28 to 30

At about 14:00 on October 28, local time, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao arrived in Hanoi, the Vietnamese capital, by special plane to attend a series of meetings between East Asian leaders from Oct. 28 to 30. Wen is expected to attend the 13th summit between ASEAN and China, the 13th summit between ASEAN and China, Japan and the Republic of Korea (ROK), the fifth East Asia summit as well as the summit of China, Japan and ROK.

Senior officials from the Vietnamese government, Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam Sun Guoxiang and other staff of the embassy greeted Wen at the airport.
