On the afternoon of May 30, 2010, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao arrived in Tokyo for a three-day official visit to Japan at the invitation of Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama.

Chinese Ambassador to Japan Cheng Yonghua and senior government officials of Japan greeted Wen at the airport.

Wen flew into Tokyo after concluding his visit to the ROK and attending the third trilateral summit of China, Japan and South Korea in South Korea's southern resort island of Jeju. Besides Japan, Wen will also visit Mongolia and Myanmar.
