On May 18, 2010, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Cui Tiankai met respectively with Robert J. Murray, president and chief executive officer of U.S. Center for Naval Analyses, and a delegation of American scholars headed by David Shambaugh, a George Washington University professor. Both sides exchanged views on China-U.S. relations and other issues.
