Q:Some officials claim that the G7 Summit will emphasize thateach country will deal with China based on shared values. What isyour comment?
A:We always believe that all international organizations andconferences should uphold the spirit of mutual respect, openness andinclusiveness, enhance mutual trust among countries, and promotepeace, stability, development and prosperity in the world. TheSo-called “shared values” by the “exclusive blocs” of G7 can notrepresent the common values of humanity. We urge the G7 toabandon the outdated Cold War mentality and ideologicalprejudice, stop drawing ideological lines and coercing other countries in theirforeign policies and exchanges, stop using “bloc politics” to drive upantagonism and confrontation, and avoid undermining world peaceand development.
