Q: At the briefing on U.S. President Obama's trip to Asia, a White House official said that President Obama was prepared to meet with Dalai in the future at the appropriate time. How do you comment on this?

A: China is firmly against Dalai's international visits as well as his meetings with foreign politicians. Our position has been consistent and clear.
