On 16 September 2021, Minister Counsellor ZHANG Yangwu met with Mr. LIU Yanguo, Director of the International Training Center (ITC) of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and his management team. Both sides exchanged views on the 2022-2023 Biennium Programme & Budget and the future development of the ITC, as well as the future cooperation between China and the ITC.
