H.E. Ambassador Wang Yingfan, Permanent Representative of the People's Republic of China to the United Nations signed the Protocol against the Illicit Manufacture of and Trafficking in Firearms, Their Parts and Components and Ammunitions, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crimes on 9 December, 2002, at United Nations Headquarters in New York.
